By entering the Primer Music Festival, guests agree to grant permission to the organizing company to use the photographic material and videos taken by the company's certified personnel during the event, for any promotional or advertising use. Attendees will be recorded by cameras for security reasons.

The organizers of the event will demarcate with special markings the filming area at the entrance of the PRIMER Music Festival, in OAKA on the 6th and 7th September 2025.

Is there a WC at the festival grounds?
Venue

Yes, there will be several toilets at the festival site. Divided into women, men and people with disabilities. Private rest rooms for VIP holders.

Is there a First Aid Center?
Venue

At the festival grounds there are first aid stations with equipped mobile units and medical staff. You will easily find them as they have special markings.

Is there provision for people with disabilities?
Tickets

We offer a 50% discount for individuals with disability or individuals with reduced mobility with the presentation of the relevant documents. Tickets can be purchased only at the entrance of the festival.

Is there a special area for people with disabilities?

Inside PRIMER MUSIC FESTIVAL there is designated area for people with disabilities with unobstructed visibility to the stage

What’s new this year?
General

For our 6th anniversary we are introducing a brand new stage - The Afterhours stage called the Lunar Stage. This will begin right after the first day’s Main stage show has ended and will host a different lineup of artists. Dancing won’t stop at midnight this year

Cashless experience. This year, we are proud to announce that we will host a brand new cashless bracelet. With this bracelet, you will be able to add funds via your personal digital wallet (Apple Wallet/ Pay, Google Wallet etc.) There will also be employees helping around for people wanting to add cash to their bracelets. ALL purchases within festival grounds will ONLY be made via the new bracelet.

All official PRIMER MUSIC FESTIVAL gear can be purchased at the designated Merchandise Booth, situated in the main arena of the festival.

Where can I find information about the festival at the festival?

In the PRIMER MUSIC FESTIVAL arena there will be information regarding the line up, how to use the cashless bracelets and a map of the festival.

When is the Primer Music Festival?
General

This year the festival will take place on Saturday 6th and Sunday 7th of September 2025. The Main stage will last from 17:00 in the afternoon until 00:00 in the morning, and the Afterhours stage from 23:00 until 06:00

Where does the Primer Music Festival take place?
General
Venue

Primer Music Festival will take place this year in OAKA, just 30 minutes away from the center of Athens. OAKA is located in the northern suburbs of Athens where the Main stage will take place and the Afterhours stage will take place in the closed stadium next to it.

Is there an age limit for the festival?
General
Tickets

Yes there is. People aged 16 and over will be able to enter the festival area freely. For people under 16, parental responsibility or guardianship will be required. All guests should have an ID or passport with them, and if asked they have to show it.

Can I leave and then re-enter the festival grounds?

After checking the tickets, you will be given an entry bracelet with which you will be able to enter and leave the festival area, without the need to check again.

My ticket was lost/ stolen/ forgotten, can I access the festival grounds?
Tickets

No, unless you have the ticket receipt or the ticket digitally on your phone.

What items are prohibited? What not to bring with me?
General
  • Illegal or illicit substances, drugs, or drug paraphernalia
  • Weapons of any kind including, but not limited to, pocket knives and self-defense sprays
  • Flammable items or liquids including aerosols and fireworks
  • Markers, pens, or spray paint
  • Backpacks, purses or bags are not allowed, except bags made of clear plastic, clear vinyl, or clear PVC not exceeding 13”x17”
  • Outside food or beverage including alcohol
  • Bottles, cans, flasks, or coolers
  • Opened over-the-counter medication or eye drops
  • Balloons, balls, inflatable balls, frisbees, or flying disks
  • Umbrellas, chairs, blankets, sleeping bags or tents
  • Bicycles, skateboards, hoverboards, scooters or personal motorized vehicles
  • Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
  • Professional cameras, flash cameras or video and audio recording equipment, or camera poles
  • Animals except for service animals assisting an individual with a disability. “Comfort”, “therapy” or “emotional support” animals do not meet the definition of a service animal and are not permitted entry to the Event.
  • Large chains, chained wallets or spiked jewelry
  • Laser pens, laser pointers or similar focused light devices
  • Water guns, squirt guns, or spray bottles
  • Musical instruments, noisemakers or air horns
By what time can I enter and how early can I get to the festival?

You can enter any time you want, until the last artist appears in the festival. You can enter as soon as the gates of the festival open, at 16:00.

Will I be searched at the entrance?

By requesting entry into the Event, all attendees including members of the media, shall be subject to a search, by examining any bagpacks they carry.

Event Organizers shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person’s entry in or to eject any person from the Event, who in the sole and absolute discretion of Event Organizers are in violation of Event rules.

What kind of security will be there?

Full-time support by our security team and the presence of local Police Authorities will ensure maximum safety for all Festival attendees.

Please review the Policy section for a list of items that are not allowed at the venue. Following these instructions will lead to a quicker entry at the main festival gates.

PRIMERS MUSIC FESTIVAL’S Terms & Conditions provide security and police the authority to request any attendee to leave premises if policy terms are not respected. In addition, undercover and non-uniformed personnel will be present at all times to monitor and control any suspicious illegal behavior.

Can I re-enter the VIP zone and VIP Tables area if I want to spend some time in the GA zone?

VIP & VIP Table festival-goers are able to enter the GA zone and re-enter their own zones.

Can I buy tickets at the entrance with a card?

Naturally, you can purchase tickets with a debit/ prepaid/ credit card.

What are the types of tickets for the festival?
Tickets

General Admission (GA): General ticket holders will be able to be anywhere in the festival arena.

VIP: VIP ticket holders will have the opportunity to experience the Primer Music Festival in close proximity to the artists and the festival stage. The designated VIP platform will be elevated and will be located very close to the stage. Additionally, it will have its own independent bar. The festival tickets are not numbered.

VIP TABLES: Another designated VIP platform will be also elevated and even closer to the festival stage for the ones that want to experience the magic of the PRIMER MUSIC FESTIVAL in a more private atmosphere. They will be able to enjoy the festival by having their own serving services and their own private rest rooms. Can I cancel my ticket and request a refund?

Redemptions and refunds are no applicable. There is also no exchanging/ canceling/ refunding of tickets if purchased at the venue or from the site.

Do I need to have a ticket in my own name?
Tickets

Yes, along with a valid coded voucher/ e-ticket at the wristband exchange point and you need to provide a valid identification document. The name on each ticket MUST match the attendee of PRIMER MUSIC FESTIVAL Wristband.

Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP?
Tickets

VIP upgrades will be available at the ticket booth in front of the main entrance, on a first-come, first-served basis. In the case that all available places in the VIP zone will be sold out by then, unfortunately, you won’t be able to make an upgrade.

When will the full lineup be announced?

Who are the headliners this year?

This year’s headliners are none other than Armin Van Buuren, Boris Brejcha, and Alesso — get ready for massive sets!

Can I see the lineup by day or stage?

Absolutely! Head over to the Lineup page where you can filter artists by day or stage for easy planning.

Are set times available in advance?

Yes — the full festival schedule with set times will be released shortly before the event. Stay tuned!

Do I have to register for the cashless topup?
Top-up

No, but we highly advise it! This will allow you to:

Top-up your account at any time on the website or in the festival app (and avoid queue on festival cashless banks).

  • Check spending history (and the one of your family’s, using different wallets from the same cashless account)
  • Register your credit card details and top-up easily
  • Block your wristband should it be lost
  • Easily reclaim any money not spent post-festival.

What happens if I lose my cashless wristband?

As your account is linked to your wristband, you can block it by visiting the information point onsite. You can get a new wristband which will be credited with the balance of the chip you have blocked.

If you do not create an account, blocking your wristband is impossible as we won’t have the unique reference number.

How do I recover the balance of my cashless wristband after the event?

If there is money left on your wristband after the festival you are able to refund from 15.09(00.01) until 19.09(23.59). When you apply for a refund there is 1.00€ fee.

Refunds will be done by debit/credit card only, and will require the 6 digit code inscribed on the back of your cashless wristband.

What happens if I don’t load my wristband with money before the Festival?

Upon entering the Festival and after we scan your ticket, you will receive a wristband with a QR CODE.

You can scan it with your phone and load money onto your wristband right then and there without creating an account! However, you will need to use an account for refund requests or the option to upgrade.

IMPORTANT: KEEP YOUR WRISTBAND!

If you have created a Cashless account to ask for your money back you have to login to your account via the festival website and press the button « Refunds ». Your bank account will be credited at the end of the month.

If you did not create a Cashless account then in order to reclaim your balance, you must create a Cashless account. It’s quick and easy: visit the event website, and go to the Cashless section.

From there create your Cashless account by entering:

  • Your full name
  • Email address
  • A password
  • The code that is on the back of your cashless wristband
  • Your Bank credit card information.

Once logged into your account, click the « Refunds » button. Your bank account will be credited before the end of the month.
