How much does shipping cost?

Orders delivered to Greece are charged at a flat rate of 5€ which will be shipped via Daily Courier. Europe orders are charged at a flat rate of 25€ which will be shipped via DHL.

We offer free shipping when a customer buys over 40€ for orders shipped to Greece and over 100€ for orders shipped to the EU.

 

We unfortunately cannot ship to PO Boxes.

 

We apologise that we are currently unable to ship to the US, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Myanmar at this time.

 

How long does shipping take?

Delivery takes between 3-5 working days from the time of despatch, with a 1-2 day processing time in our warehouse.

 

During a sale period, please allow additional processing time for your order to be despatched.

 

In addition, please be aware that there could be delivery delays from the shipping carriers during the holiday period due to the high volume of parcels, which Candy Cane Events IKE has no control over.
